An ex-yachty, tour guide, chef, adventurer, underwear model, and athlete, this affable Aussie knows a thing or two about living the good life in the outdoors.
Nic grew up driving 4x4s around the Australian outback, and keeps his love of adventure alive here in BC. He puts care and attention into everything he does, and smiling faces are his measure of success. When you’re on a trip with Nic, expect to see new things, explore new places, learn the history of our backyard, and have the best time of your life.

Self driven with Trip Plans
Your private tour, with us as your co-creators. Choose to be hands-on and detailed in the creation and dreaming process or, you put a few dots on the canvas and we’ll fill in the blanks. Are you the hiker? The biker? The adrenaline junky? Or do you have a passion for the best local artisans? Start and finish on your schedule, officiate cousin Bridget’s wedding in the middle, and fill the trip with your favourite things. We are here to help you find the crème de la crème. There are very few limitations.
Trip Plans
Our tried-and-tested BC ‘must-do’ trips are available to choose from and are included with your vehicle rental. Our team has spent countless weekends bouncing around the hills finding all of the treasures (and traps) and can now share the secret scrolls with you. No unnecessary fire breathing dragons, just a direct line to the best vistas, the perfect lunch spots, that lakeside kayak launch or that ‘ooo ahh’ at the stars by a crackling fire.
Trip plans are delivered via detailed PDFs complete with turn-by-turn route descriptions, and a list of secret must-do highlights.

Don't have time to run the errands before you roll out and want your vehicle dropped off full of your favourite things for the trip? No problem. Send us your must haves ahead of time. Your snack game will be strong as soon as you hit the road and the bevies cold when you roll in.
Are you looking to discover BC & Alberta provincial parks or set up camp off of backroads? We offer all the camping necessities and luxuries to make your outdoor adventure exactly as you imagined. With Northirn Overland, you are able to take the trucks and trailers on the ferry to visit Vancouver Island and the Sunshine Coast. Have you visited Tofino or Cumberland yet? Our overland vehicles are the perfect road trip companion and make for very cozy digs when you arrive at your destination. You also can’t forget about Squamish, Whistler and Pemberton nestled along the west coast of the mainland These magical BC destinations cannot be missed. How about driving over the Coquihalla to visit the BC interior and explore Kelowna and Penticton in wine country. Next up, drive over the provincial border to Alberta to visit breathtaking parks like Jasper National Park and Banff National Park.
